1.  Texas Railroad Commission - Waste Minimization Project

Oil and Gas drilling and exploration in Texas is regulated by the Texas Railroad Commission. The RRC has operated the Waste Minimization Program since 1992. The Waste Minimization Program’s purpose is to encourage and help oil and gas operators implement successful waste minimization techniques and plans.
