| Solvent Recovery/Recycling/Energy Recovery | ||
| Contain the spill and/or leak with absorbents then recycle the waste produced by the spill and/or leak by means of solvent recovery/recycling or ship it offsite for energy recovery. | ||

| Make sure all tanks are in containment area. Recover as much as possible, filter and reuse. | ||
