Unreviewed Die Cast Waste Water (Die Spray) Options
Options below have not been reviewed by pollution prevention specialists. They are commonly recommended and
implemented for facilities.
Reduce/Recycle Die Spray Water
Add Die Spray "Reclaiming Units" (recycling units)to each die cast machine.
Reduce the use of die spray to "cool" the die faces. Insure die plumbing capable of using cooling water.
