| Replace outdated technology with newer more effecient technology. This minimizes chemical usage waste and improves consistency of the waste water treated. |

| Prevent solids containing lead from entering the wastewater filtration building; thereby reducing lead in both wastewater and sludge. |

| Run lead on alternate equipment |
| To prevent lead from entering the wastewater stream, pursue option of running lead-based products on strand lines (as opposed to Gala lines). |
