Reduce Surplus Inventory
Buy only what you need. Surplus solvents and spotting
compounds lead to high waste-disposal costs.
Oragnize Inventory
Organize your shelves so that old materials are used first.
Unused materials become waste that can cost you money.
Watch for Damaged containers
Look for damaged containers and leaks when materials
are delivered. You don't want to pay for someone else's
